    Hello Kester,
    
    To enter your bank details, log into your SHQ account and from your SHQ dashboard, under your "Konga Wallet", click on "My Account" and then click on "Update My Bank Details".
    
    If your bank is among the listed banks under K-Pay- UBA, Zentih Bank, Access Bank, FCMB & Diamond Bank, simply click on "KongaPay" from your SHQ dashboard and click on "Register". Registering with KongaPay allows your funds to be transferred directly from your escrow into your bank account once your return policy lapses.
