  • My Review Won't Show Live on the site

    Is been over a month i wrote a mail to sellerservices and mall about not seeing my reviews on the site,only few ones are displayed. They said is being work on, and 30days on, no success yet. i can only view this positive reviews on the seller dashboard , but only 2 out of possible 13 reviews on a particular products is live. This review is supposed to be meant for the public eyes and not me alone.Also i discovered that my total overall rating only increase by one when a 5star rating is dropped , but dropped by one when a 4 star rating is given.May i know why ?

    Note that reviews will only be visible for products that are live for sale on site. Reviews for disabled products that are out of stock or have been paused will not be visible on the website until they have been re-enabled. .
    As we are unable to ascertain your exact product reviews that are not visible, please send the affected SKUs to mall@konga.com for further verification.
