    Hi, I bought a HP 250 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD laptop with the order number F233212029001 from konga.com which was delivered on 27th of April, 2016. I plugged the laptop to charge it for a while before usage, only to discover that it was not charging. Pls what do I do?
