My store was suspended sometimes ago but now i have been reinstated. But i have difficulty locating my store on Konga buyers platform. Its only when i log in with my shq details on Sellers platform that i see it.
Please how do i locate either my store or any other store on Konga Buyers Platform?

If you are unable to search for your store using the search bar on the Konga website, please log into your SHQ,from your dashboard, go to your profile and scroll down to store url. copy this clink and paste on your browser, this directs you to your store front on the Konga Mall.
Please note your store was suspended due to low shipment rate, To have your store reinstated, send an email to email@example.com detailing a plan to improve your store performance.
You should receive a response within 24 - 48 business hours.
