    Once again, I bring here the issue with KOS JABI, Abuja. Orders arrive the Center and they don't attempt delivery. I have two orders there, the first arrived on the 20th of Dcember and the 2nd arrived 30th of December. The buyers have not been contacted, but I have pleaded with them to be patient. I have sent several messages to KONGA about this Center but nothing is been done. These orders should be delivered please.

    have report that drop office to KOS before, the guy working there is not doing his properly,  about 2 of my order lost there last year and he didn't show care about it, before start using Kubwa drop office, there very hard working there and nice.....

    I just tracked the order, only to discover they have marked it as 'failed delivery'. It was out and failed within a minute, 6:47pm- 6:48pm. They never contacted the customer. So this is how it will continue in 2017?
