One of my orders arrived KOS GARKI on he 17th only to be updated as failed delivery on the 19th without contacting the buyer. Pls note that this is a PAID ORDER, they updated 'order is on its way to you and failed delivery' within 2minutes.
Why is KOS like this? Please don't reply with an apology, as KOS will be the death of Konga.
If Konga is not interested in the commission, I as a merchant need to make sales as I have fulfilled my obligations to Konga. They should deliver the order, as buyer awaits delivery.

Like seriously i don't know what would have become of KOS if seller's access to contact buyers is revoked. many of the KOS dispatch Riders just stay on the spot and update orders when in real truth no attempt was made to deliver the item. i currently have an item in the location in question; ''Garki''.a situation where the buyer received ''your order is on its way to you'', called to customer this evening to ascertain delivery and he said that he has been expecting them that he assuredly called the number that sent him the message but can't reach the sender. this kind of scenrio is very ugly and not good for business. i just hope the next time they will update they won't say failed delivery.Fingers crossed
