    I shipped out an order on the 16th of NOvember, arrived destination 19th, and till date order has not been delivered.
    23rd of Nov., I sent an email to Konga regarding this as the buyer was requesting to know why it hasnt been delivered. Same day, KOS Diobu PH updates it to "On its way to you" next day they update to " Attempted delivery (Delivery rescheduled by courier)", 
    The customer called the contact number in the notification email, the person rudely tells her to find her way to their office to pick up her order. 
    I and the customer have sent emails and called Konga mall but its all empty promises.
    Also note that they are 3 handbags and shouldnt be kept wrapped up for too long so theyre not damaged.
    Pls I would like to know if my shipment has disappeared into thin air, cos i dont understand why KOS DIOBU PORT HARCOURT has refused to deliver the order.

    Hello People, finally the order was delivered yesterday. If I hadn't kept close contact with the customer, she may have lost interest, cos not all buyers would wait that long for an order. Also this was the buyer's first order on Konga, though she wasn't happy with the experience but glad she loved her order and my customer service.
    She also told me how the delivery man begged her for a tip. Seriously Konga should look into that location.Another KOS centre I've had similar experiences with is KOS WUSE ABUJA, I always have to plead with buyers to go pick their orders if its close and convenient for them and if its not the orders are usually updated as "failed Delivery" and returned,
    Konga should please monitor these KOS centres as they're not just affecting merchants but also the reputation of Konga.

    Same issue am having also with KOS DIOBU porthacourt, they are always giving wrong tracking information.. How can an order be arriving same location same day. Till present it has not been delivered to the customer. Delivery time on my shq account  day is 4days with no sign of it been delivered. Porthacout delivery should be looked into. Also last month still in Porthacourt a customer keeps getting on the way to u for 3 times and the delivery man keeps updating to rescheduled by courier, until I made several calls to Konga customer care before it was finally delivered. Don't think I would fulfill orders going to porthacourt for now. There is issue with the delivery service there.

    Chinwe O, thanks for confirming this. I even pleaded with the buyer to pick up but she cant because she goes to work and the Konga office is in a totally different part of town. In her words, "its like going from Ikeja to Ajah".  Another 24hrs gone, order still not delivered.

    As a buyer, I have experienced this issue with KOS Diobu. Clearly they have no intention of ever leaving their office to deliver. All customers are expected to come pick up their items from their very very hard to locate office. Is this what we paid for in the name of shipping cost?

    @Teju F All responses have been getting from Konga is no different from what you just said. The only feedback I will appreciate is "Delivery Notification". Thanks.

    Honestly those KOS centre are something else.reasons is because they have nothing to loose. It's so disappointing and heart breaking to see the order you spent your money and time to ship, is been hold down by KOS.
    Konga should call them to other,monitor orders shipped same way they monitor unship orders.i have lost a lot of sales because of this.A kos team in warri did it to me last week.i had to beg the client to go pick it up from the KOS centre.after paying for delivery. And another client with freezer,went to buy from the shop because of this same issue.

    Store name is Bella Donna Clothing as you dont allow order numbers here, hope that helps the issue traced and resolved.
