I have tried upto 10 times trying to register on the kongapay but kept on getting an error message that said-one or more banking details is incorrect. I called konga customer care, i was advised to ensure that the phone number used in registering BVN is same as the one on konga store. I had to edit the number on konga store to correspond with the one used in registering BVN. But still getting the same error message. The last i called konga customer care, i was told that the account to be used in doing the kongapay registration is SAVINGS acct and not corporate account. But for crying out loud, this is corporate organisation and not personal business. How can savings account be used on a corporate business. Please i need help!

I have been trying to register on Konga pay since October 2015 with the three different ATM cards i have on several occasion but all my registration has been failing. Konga should fix the fault on their system please.

The KongaPay Platform is very frustrating. I have still not been able to register for two days now.Why can't the account details and other details be migrated from konga wallet into the kongapay. Because i personally do not see any new info asides BVN which i still question if Konga really want to go through BVN Security wahala.

Konga sure need to look into this complaint about konga pay.As a seller and merchant,I am fortunate to have had a smooth konga pay registration.Days later,I got my first online payment through konga pay. Konga pay is cool and reminds me of paypal.Konga should resolve this technical issues.

I have been trying to register on KongaPay since black Friday last year, I had same issue telling me error. I left it and now I get to find out I need KongaPay to get paid for items sold on my store, I have tried and tried and tried and still nothing, I have pending payment and can't get them, please Konga I need my cash to function, either solve this or return us back to the wallet.

I am also having issues signing up for this kongapay for the past 3 days. After inputing all my details as stated correctly, it keeps bringing up an error saying one or more details are incorrect. Please konga look into this as this is getting me so frustrated.

Dear Konga. kindly check mine. I can't register details in the new KongaPay. I need the funds. I wish I could continue with my former payment method. Thanks.

I refer to the above reply sent by konga moderator that the issue i raised on getting registered on kongapay has been investigated and resolved. I thereby still maintain that am still having same issue. I have tried using a personal account (savings account) instead of corporate account to register but kept getting this error message- "Oops! Something is wrong with an internal server. We're looking into it. Please check back later". Please am getting terribly frustrated with these arrangement. Konga pls do something FAST!
