After the 31st, when you set your shipping charges, Konga WILL NOT take commissions. Please ignore anyone on the forum that suggests this.

Konga only charges a commission on the merchandise/good. NOT on the shipping charge.

@Ibipo, At the moment, a merchant can only offer free shipping based on location or an item. There is no feature that allows free shipping for a customer based on quantity of items purchased or amount spent on purchases.

Konga needs to have a second look at its commission because when we incorporate the shipping charge to the item price then konga will get "lucky" for the second time!
is there a way to say buy two and get free shipping in lagos or buy 4 and get free shipping outside lagos?

    Hi Nnamdi,

With launch of Self fulfill, the different shipment rates for all available courier companies will be duly passed across to all Merchant.
And yes, these rates will cut across all their branches.

    Regards.

What shipping charges have you agreed with courier companies for Kong sellers, and will it be recognised in all their branches?

Sellers have been advised to build the shipping cost into the price of their products in a bid to offer free deliveries.

Technically you will be paying commission on the shipping charge if you add the shipping cost to the price of your product as suggested by Konga.
