  • KONGA WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MONEY ESCROW

    Items were delivered and paid for by customers on Friday the money appeared on Escrow only to disappear Saturday morning, so please what is the issue. Is the money being kept somewhere else or I'm i being penalized.

    Thank you @Aylor for the observation shared. We currently send notification mails for due invoices and when funds are placed on hold while order is on arbitration. If you do not receive any notification, this may be due to network error or notification was directed to your spam. Do ensure you have not unsubscribed from Konga mails and also consider adding [email protected] to your contacts to enable you receive mails from us.

    i have noticed that for some orders shipping charges deducted from my account are actually higher than that charged to the customer by k.express. i don't understand why that should be occurring would be nicer if konga team can retify that.

    konga deducts money from your escrow account, either when your product is on arbitration or you have invoices to fund. but i would like a situation where notification of deductions are sent to merchants so.... 1) merchants are aware of this. 2) for proper accounting and verification purpose

    Hi Olubusayo,
    Tired of sending and receiving emails that result to nothing happening, please I need a physical address to visit and lay a real complain and not some kind of automated replies I've been getting from customer care personnel. 
    So far, so terrible, all emails and calls has not solved this matter, and even coming here is just a waste of time. 
    What is the Seller's Complaint Center Located in Lagos?

    Same happened 
    Item was delivered 27th and paid for, money was in escrow only to check five days later and no money

    I experienced same today, items with delivery confirmed 23rd and 27th both July with the money showing fully well on Escrow just deducted without any notification for the action. 
    
    Also, in the month of June, an extra N500 delivery fee was charged to my account for shipment, even though the shipping fee and items has already been paid for by the buyer, even before shipping to the buyer.
    
    Konga Why??????
    
    
    PS. Please this is not a question of kongapay because my Bank is not among the banks listed.

    Have you checked your bank account?  If you have kongapay, it may have been sent to your personal bank account. 
    I recently got payment through kongapay in my bank account, i guess it has finally started working properly. So check your account first .
