Considering the fact that the commission rate is a little high, Konga should encourage sellers by collecting what their commission states only and not to estimate and approximated. For instance if an item is sold at 900 and the commission is 6% obviously they are entitled to less than 90naira (10% of 900) they are only supposed to take 54naira so why charge N200? Also 8% of N6584 is 526.72 and d seller gets N6057.28 so why approximate it to collect N527 which is over 8%? It is discouraging and sounds like not keeping to your words. Think about the fact that Konga has monopoly of the market. They sell all items with free delivery (KExpress) and sellers charge btw 500-1500 for items where they also make profit that Konga collects, they experience traffic on the website and do ads and then commissions. To open up to d populace shows one can't sell all things but invite others but taking more than what the % states is somehow discouraging. I strongly feel this should be reveiwed please cos most sellers may be counting losses while Konga smiles to even more profit than anticipated... Huh!!!

Peace O, you may not know this, but Konga has recently set a minimum cap of N200 on commission. So for your example of an item sold at N900 with a 6% commission. At 6%, the commission will be N54 but since this is less than N200, Konga will collect N200. This is why they have been encouraging bundling of low cost items.
