it almost 36 hours now since I got an order and I have dropped it at the Konga's office Ilorin since 8am yesterday.
Konga has not shipped the item even after calling them several times.
Please look into this!

Kindly visit the drop off center at Ilorin through which you shipped your order to confirm reasons for shipment delay.
