    This is very unsettling!
    
    Konga recommends a customer and a Logistic Company.
    
    Unfortunately, the customer is unavailable to receive the items.
    
    So, who bears the logistic cost?
    
    The merchant? I don't think so. That would be daylight robbery!
    
    For all I know, Konga recommended a "Bad Customer". The KNetwork Partner should discuss with Konga on the "quality" of the customer. The merchant is just a middle-man!
    
    The merchant can only bear the cost if s/he had supplied a wrong/ defected item!
