    This is another trending topic on this forum, shipping and delivery time. i think KExpress should look into providing more realistic tracking updates for shipped items. From drop off date, both shipper and customer should be given and estimated delivery date, so the customer can plan accordingly, especially for POD items, this way they can make arrangement to collect and pay for the delivery. if a shipment is being delayed for whatever reason, the estimated delivery date should be updated and communicated to both buyer and seller, this will help reduce returns as well, then you have a happy buyer and seller. Dont just say 1-6 days because most of the deliveries are made outside of the time given, most logistics company give an actual estimated delivery date and with real time tracking updates, customer is able to see if the item will be delivered on-time or not. i have seen some tracking status for shipped item say the same thing for almost 1 week before it is updated. There is room for improvement here, please look into this.
