I would like to bring to Konga management notice the lack of professionalism in shipping&handling procedure at the KEXPRESS Festac location. This has resulted in incessant returns (and I mean high return rates) of orders, the employees in that location are very lackadaisical in handling orders, thereby making orders take way longer to reach the customer thereby resulting in customers rejecting/returning the order after a long wait. Sometimes, I am of the believe that customers cancels the order after waiting way too long without receiving their orders.
Second, I also noticed they do not group orders according to locations. They collect every order and dump them at the same spot (in-state& out-of-state), this hinders the processing&sorting of orders on time as it takes a longer time to sort these order out. Then, the employees need to be aware that the use of mobile phones while at work should be restricted to strictly emergency situations. Usage of phone at work is highly unacceptable in professional workplace. I will be glad if the issues raised are addressed accordingly.
