K-Express needs to call customers a day before shipping items out

Iit would be great, if K-Express calls customers a day before delivering items to customers. This would reduce logistics cost, help customers to prepare for the delivery and reduce returned orders for Merchants.
I dropped an item at K-Express, Ikota, en-route to Port Harcourt. I tracked the order and noticed it reached Port Harcourt but was on its way back to Lagos. I have been in constant communication with the customer and the customer told me, he never got a call from K-Express and wondered, why the order was returned to Lagos.
My opinion, K-Express needs to work on providing information. Some customers might not track their orders online. SMS is a great tool for sending information.
