  • K- Express Locations NOT Ingesting Orders

    Dear Seller,
    
    Due to ongoing challenges with our order updating system, all K-express centers have been instructed NOT to create waybills for fresh orders, therefore they will not be ingesting orders for now.
    
    You are therefore advised to make use of K-Network in the interim. For list of K-network partners kindly send an email to sellerservices@konga.com 
    
    Please note that this issue is currently being worked on and will be resolved in no time. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
