I am a new seller and very happy with Konga for a successful business operations. my problem is that after accepting the buyers request and I delivered the items to Konga office, I've been trying to massage the buyer but I don't seems to see were to send the massage. Even now that the transaction is completed, I really want to massage the buyer. I will be happy if you give me direction on how to do that. thank you.

Hello Glory, As discussed on the phone, log into your SHQ ,on your dashboard , click on 'Manage Orders' , scroll to 'Delivered orders' to view all order delivered in your store, click on the order number to find the customer's details.
