  • Item vanishes from my SHQ platform

    This is very worrisome as an item that I shipped and was returned due to in availability of the buyers has disappeared from my SHQ window. It is actually no were to be found. This has actually given me serious reason to worry. Now I have to do a total audit and constantly audit my SHQ as products can just be yanked from it with my notice or any prior notice. I will like to know why this happened and if any other merchant has experienced this?
