HELLO FELLOW MERCHANT,
I got a call from konga now that the item i dropped with to ship got to the buyer and the buyer confirmed the the item is damaged that he cannot pay for it, so they are returning it back to my. i want to let konga know that anything i take to there drop outlet are always examined by there staff before they go ahead and package it. I dont think i will be the only person to bear this loss because i did not dropped damage item with them. Am so disappointed on the way things are going, i must say it
