    In recent time the cases of Delivery rescheduled by customers are becoming too much, most of the time when i put out a call to such customers they complain that the goods did not arrive on time, most customers use office addresses and these goods are arriving after work hours, but the K-express guys don't usually repeat delivery the next day or appropriate time as expressed by customer, such orders eventually ends up being returned which also takes months to come to our physical stores locations almost in damaged forms, its really frustrating our business, please kindly inform the delivery team at K-express to call customers and reschedule deliveries to customers who they did not meet at first attempts.
