  • is ktalk effective?

    Pls,can any seller share your experience on the use ktalk to chat with prospects and customers,I noticed customers don't reply the messages and after sometime when I check the message I sent i won't be able to see the message but can only see that off the customer which still appear in the bold mark as if it has not been read!
    Pls,who has experienced or observed this too,or something needs to be done on my nown ends here?

    I believe this response,but I don't think mine is working.
    @Ebere,merchant can only access customers details,not prospect that want to make enquiry about a product before he/she place the order.
    I think someone should help with this !

    Yes, very effective. 
    
    Conversations lead to higher "conversions". In simple terms, this means that when you communicate with a buyer, they are likely to complete the transaction. 
    
    Attached for your interest is a graph of increasing messages everyday (today is not complete yet) and you can also see average number of messages by user.
    
    In other words, commerce and communication go hand in hand.

    This will be looked into, ideally both buyer and seller should get an email notification, when a message is sent, in the interim may i suggest an alternative means of communicating with buyers either via email or phone calls. Thank you
