    Hello all,
I want to know if anyone is or has experienced this before:

you upload a product and you set the return policy to 'None' bcos of the nature of the product and yet Konga still accepts it to be returned. Am wondering why is there now an option of setting a return policy yourself as the merchant if such won't be honoured?? If Konga knows it won't honour merchants wants then we should be informed and the option of setting the return policy should be taken down or set to permanent 'yes to return'

Has anyone experienced this too? Cos I have couple of times.

Hello Eniola, I dont know how u mean by returns. WAS IT RETURNED AFTER THE BUYER HAS ACCEPTED AND PAID FOR THE ITEM? PROBABLY AFTER A DAY OR TWO OR WAS IT RETURNED AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY( REJECTED ORDER). I HAVE HAD THE SECOND EXPERIENCE (REJECTED ORDER) BUT NOT RETURNS. WELL IF THE IST CASE THEN I THINK KONGA NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR LIKE YOU SAID NOT MAKE RETURNS POLICY OPTIONAL.
IF IT IS REJECTED ORDER THEN THERE IS NOTHING KONGA CAN DO COS THEY CANT FORCE A PRODUCT ON A BUYER. HOP THIS HELPS

I have experienced it a lot. My products are under the Beauty, Health and Personal Care. I have had an instance where customer opened a perfume and later returned it, it is very frustrating. Most times, by the time the items are returned, the packaging are no longer in a state to be sold to another person making you incur that loss. I expect that the "no return policy" should be adhered to by Konga especially for items of that nature.

You upload a product in varying sizes and when you receive order notification, you dont know which size was order.

Now i am really getting tired at this return policy of Konga. Haba! just got two returned items again after a clear "No return" policy.

I think the return policy should be reviewed so that certain categories like Fashion where on receipt you can tell if the product meets quality standards before accepting and paying for it,not returning after accepting and using it for days.

We must review the return policy and distinguish between products covered by warranty like electronics, gadgets and fashion

Eniola, you are not alone in this. The issue of return or no return should be addressed as a matter of urgency. For health, hygiene and safety reasons some items should not be accepted back.
Some items are even returned after it has been worn by customers and Konga still accepts it back despite you clicking 'no return' in your listing. I have some returned items I cannot resell due to this factor.

    Hello all,

This has also happened to my store a couple of times but our case is even more annoying!! So the customer orders for shoes and specifies the size; we ship the size selected by the customer but upon delivery the customer opens the package, tries it on, and returns to the kexpress dispatch rider!!! This is absolutely absurd!!! If you do not know your shoe size how is that my fault? Now I have a total of 4 items to be returned because of similar issues and since January Konga "returns team" have been unable to give me a location on our items.
I fear it would be poorly handled and badly damaged and we might be unable to sell them.
    What do we do?
