    I just logged into my shq account and saw an invoice from konga.
    
    The particular order konga raised an invoice for was not successful as the customer returned the goods.
    
    Please what can I do because I cannot pay for what I didn't received

    I'll rather the store be suspended than pay any invoice.
    
    What kind of loss will that be to me? 
    
    I lost the shipping fee I paid courier plus for this unsuccessful transaction and I'll pay an invoice?

    Yes Oluwabukola, you will be required to make payment for this order as an invoice has been raised.

    OK, but I want to know if I'll be made to pay the invoice. 
    
    I already sent a mail about it to konga before.

    Hello Oluwabukola,
    
    As previously communicated, self fufil orders not delivered or rejected by customer are be sent to mall@konga.com or ordercontiunity@konga.com for an appropriate update , returned / unfulfilled orders not reported to Konga after 22 days will be marked as delivered automatically and an invoice will be generated for these orders.
