    Please, konga needs to address the issue of increasing no of rejected orders especially when their agents in different states in the name of kexpress update deliveries to rejected by customers without even contacting customers in the first place or just after having attempted once. 4 out of my 5 failed deliveries so far is due to the above reasons. When i put a call through to customers, they deny being contacted in some cases.please, this experience is quite harrowing especially for sellers like me who joined konga barely 2 months ago
