    Hello Team,
    
    I have not been able to edit my product for over a week now, sent mails severally and this has not been resolved.  How do i get ready for yakata if i can't even edit my products. Kindly help look into this.

    Hello Adeola,
    
    I have been able to locate your emails with the attached screenshots.
    
    Please note that the attributes you are required to fill on your SHQ are newly added and you should be able to update them on the products when you edit them.
    
    They were just introduced and need to be updated before you can proceed.

    I have called many times over, using up my airtime to resolve this matter of several glitches in trying to edit my store. For the first time, i hired and paid an intern to work on my store to update mystic inline for Yakata especially after i was restored from a suspension.Unfortunately, the intern has not been able to do a lot and i still have to pay for the service. This is because many items edited and counted revert back to their old state and remain out of stock.
    
    I have sent several mails. I am just disappointed that it is not easy to list and sell online on Konga as it was at the beginning. Today, i called and spoke with two reps at different times.
    
    The error messages are not always right. Even when you have done all, it still brings up error messages. At some other times, we can’t even edit and work on the system and when i call, the tell me its down to network issues.I didn’t have this issues in the last three years. But why now?
    
    For the whole of October, i tried unsuccessfully to restore my stock back online to active so i can sell. My premium subscription has  been a waste. 
    
    Additionally, the premium service which should give me access to my customers contact database does no such thing.
    
    I am tired!!!!

    We are unable to investigate your store from here as the email address you have used is not linked to your SHQ.

    Several screenshots and emails down the line the problem persists.

    We are aware of some merchants experiencing this glitch however this has been fixed. Kindly attempt to edit your products once again. If the issue, however, persists, please attach a screenshot of the error message here. Also ensure you take out your store name or other details from the screenshot before posting here. You may also send an email to [email protected]
