My friend is a seller on konga but recently, he put his store on vacation so as not to receive any more order, but this is ruining his business because konga is delaying his payment and it has affect his business both online and offline. so i ask if i do not offer return policy on konga, and a buyer buys an item my store, will konga immediately credit my konga wallet or will the money be in escrow despite i do not offer return policy my store. profit on phones are little and we need to make turnover almost every month. so delaying payment by almost a month or two will ruin any business quickly. what will konga do in this scenario and how will shq2.0 handle this. thanks

If you say money stays in escrow for 3 days mine has been there for over 4 days and I'm yet to see my wallet funded. I wonder why.

    Hi KIngsley,

Sorry to hear about this issue with your friend. In the coming months, we are working on a system with different banks that will allow for quicker payment as we aware this is a pressing issue with merchants.

But at the moment, our current model details that in absence of a return policy, the money is held in escrow for 3 days and then it is transferred to your Konga Wallet. You can then request for payout.
