    Hello Chioma,
    Thank you for contacting us.
On the Konga Mall, Sellers are responsible for stock-keeping and inventory in their stores, the Konga Online mall is a platform where Sellers can trade to buyers at various commission rates.

To ship your orders, Konga has provided drop off points in various locations for sellers to drop off their orders for shipment, sellers also have the option to ship their items to customers personally.

Am glad Konga has a forum like this, it is very helpful. Am interested in opening a shop, I know there is a video on selling with Konga , unfortunately am not able to view it.
My question is this, for a product that is advertised will it be with the seller or with Konga?
If there is a request for the product how does it get to Konga/buyer?
