How Do I cancel this order without affecting my store rating?

One of my item will be returned by courier plus because buyer refuses to answer the delivery man's several calls.
This is not my fault but buyers. I need to cancel this order even though i have updated to shipped. However, I do not want the ratings of my store affected.
Kindly help me

My sincere apologises for this incident. Please do not cancel this order from your SHQ. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number and you will be assisted accordingly.
