  • Has Anyone gotten any orders since the Self Fulfil was launched?

    Has anyone gotten any order at all since the new HQ was launched? i have not received one single order since it was launched and this worries me a lot. I have set the KG for all my goods and also  states i want to ship my goods too but i totally dont understand this shipping rates of a thing. I have recieved two emails telling me 
     	
    "Congratulations! Your item has been enabled.
    Dear Rhino Foggs,
    The following item has been enabled for your store on Konga.com." and these items are already existing on the platform. its really confusing.
    
     I got a call from an existing buyer telling me she is scared of placing orders now as the cost of doing so is now way higher than she does before, that being able to consolidate and pay a single shipping fee makes buying and life easier for her but now she looks at some items she bought before and price has risen drastically for such items and to make matters worse shipping fees is now a no go area.
    
    Pls if you have gotten orders, pls tell me what did you do right with the new HQ.

    Konga is trying to find a framework of delivery charges that work for everyone and negotiating with logistics service providers.
    
    We tried several frameworks over the past few days but finally achieved a breakthrough.
    
    We are rolling out the new charges now and they will done by end of the day.

    Hello,
    I really do not  know what is happening to orders lately.I have not made any changes on my store because I honestly don't know where to start from. 
    I need any help from other merchants that understands and know.

    The orders are scarce now, buyers can no longer order from different merchants, delivery cost will be way to high, so i guess it will be cheaper for them to order directly from konga. That is the new REALITY.

    i have received more than 20 orders since monday but not as it is always like..... at least i have delivered many of my lagos orders...i didn't not touch the settings. i just continue my normal activities on the platform..
    
    i think you should try placing an order on your store and see the settings you have implemented.
    
    but it will be wiser if you include shipping cost on your items and configure ship setting to free in all location, this will attract alot of customers

    I haven't got a single order since the new HQ was launched! A buyer also called me yesterday. Said she made some orders from different sellers and the shipping cost was over 20k! I really miss the old Konga HQ.
    
    And by the way I did set POD and most of my products are less than 1kg.....virtually less than 0.8KG

    I have received order and I just noticed the notification they send to our mail for us to print is too long how can I be printing 3pages for one order and they now put the barcode down its all just funny to me now I'm way past anger. It's so ridiculous it's on another level

    Really?? thats serious o! you have shipped orders with an 's' not just order. i have not gotten any since.
