Frustrated at the lack of communications from Konga

Is it me or has all of konga gone silent.
I realise that this be a trying time for konga and its technical team but the "bury the head in the sand" method of managing constructive discussion and engagement is deceptive. I have been calling the number since Monday with no pick up. My accounts officer is sick and there is no one else. I have so many returns that have landed in our office am confused. Then the POD button has disappeared from and I cannot even select that option because it is not even appearing. Would just love some answers.
So, what to do. Is anyone else in the same boat?
This is not the time for Moderators to appear and tell us to observe the Code of Conduct.

We sincerely apologize for the lapse in communication. We are hard at work to ensure that this new model of Self Fulfill, along with all its changes does not negatively impact your business and that all your issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Also thanks for your feedback on response times and we will work on improving this
