Please konga reactivate the email delivery notification for orders delivered via K-express and Konga customer service should please notify merchants ASAP if not immediately when complaints are made about delivered items.
Have been following my Store feedback since last week and i noticed something most of the bad feedback could have been managed better if i knew when this orders were delivered or i as Notified immediately a complaint was made about them.
Some customer lack good knowledge of the product they buy online and when its delivered to them, they rush to give feedback which when you contact them to make inquiry about their feedback all you end up hearing is am sorry can i edit my feedback cause they now know the product is okay.
Please can Customers edit their feedback in case when the feedback were rushed or typed while in the heat of the moment, this kind of feedback will affect the sales of such products, when the products are actually very okay

Thanks for this feedback.
We are presently modifying our system to send you mails once your products have reviews. Buyer ability to edit reviews is another modification we are looking at.
For now we would send you via mail all negative reviews about products in your store.
