    Dear Konga,
    You want order to be accepted within 24 hours, shipped order within 48 hours, yet you ain't doing anything from your own end to make it a reality. Imagine I got an order today, I accepted it today, and proceeded to konga drop off location but to my greatest surprise when I got there I was told that there is no light and they don't have fuel to power their gen. Tomorrow is public holiday which means I will have to go back on Monday. This is delivery within Lagos taking how many days? Please do something about it

    Thanks Akorede for the vote of confidence in KEXpress. However, please be informed that the referenced order was for a customer in Gombe. However due to security challenges in those area, DHL are experiencing difficulties in delivering PODs. We are still working around these challenges and hopefully would arrive at a lasting solution very soon. The order would immediately be processed for returns and delivered back to you. Thank you.

    Hmmmm,people said if you have not tried two things,you won't know the value of what you have.let us applause kexpress and I mean it.dhl could be worse than them OK shipped an order through dhl since on the 22nd of April,15,do you know the order has not left Lagos since then???in fact the painful act of it now is,the buyer has cancelled the order even after so many plea,which I do not blame him.unlike kexpress that the order would be been on transit ,if not delivered by now.
    Pls,konga team,how do we get out return package back from dhl and the likes because I shipped it to them through kexpress,and since that da ,no update on the order,pls...what is the way out? Order number :F644254693001

    Hello Kalejaye. We apologise for our inability to accept your order at the drop off location you visited and would definitely look into it. However, that is the beauty of the new self fulfillment dispensation just introduced. You can walk into any of our partner locations such as DHL, UPS, Courier Plus e.t.c to ship your orders or even deliver to the customer yourself. Just do not forget to update it in your SHQ account when you ship and when it is delivered. Thank you.
