I received an order from a customer , however I have not been able to reach him for 3 days to confirm the order before shipping. What do I do? Do I ship or not?

    Do not ship.
Until you can reach the customer to confirm the order.

That is where i think Konga Gets it Wrong, from your Comment Kunle that a marchant not Shipping an unconfirmed order will affect his ratings, if really it is practiced on Konga is absolutely Wrong. Why they are many online shopping Jokers who have no intent to buy but continue placing multiple orders because of the privileged of pay on delivery and no initial commitment. if a merchant cant reach a buyer please dont ship cos the dispatch rider wont reach the buyer too.
But before you make a conclusion exhaust all communication channels available, email, What App, Google Hang out etc. that is if the value of the sale is worth the energy.

If you ship to a client who is unreachable then you item goes into cycle of redundancy for one month or two months before it is returned, and may be before then a serious or many serious minded buyers would have knocked on your door for the same product

I think you should try and contact him either by email or facebook, because I have had cases where the client switch off his phone after he placed an order ''i suspect for prank reasons'', the order was returned because konga could not reach him...

i take is that is kind of a risk

I believe you should ship since you are there to sell and you have a good product.
