    Since Konga manages deliveries for most items through KExpress, i think it is unfair that merchants are rated for successful deliveries for orders sent through this medium. We have no control over what happens during the delivery process i.e. from when the item is dropped of with KExpress to when the item is delivered to the customer, i.e. if the item is not returned.
    
    It is only fair to rate merchants on deliveries that are sent directly by themselves. To be more fair, customers should be given the opportunity to rate deliveries as well either through KExpress, 3rd party or Self fulfillment.

    I completely understand, but it is not a fair rating/assessment for sellers. If you are going to rate me on a process then I should be accountable for this from start to finish. as a seller, once I drop off to Konga location I have no control over what happens. A fair assessment would be if sellers drop off at Konga location in a timely manner, but the current delivery rating is not a fair assessment as it doesn't give the full picture. Some deliveries are delayed due to KExpress drivers and at the end of the day sellers will get s negative rating as a result. I believe there is room for improvement.

    Your delivery ratings are based on the amount of successful deliveries whether shipped through K-express or other 3rd party logistics.
    Always ensure you prompt your buyers to review your products after successful deliveries.
