    Dear KONGA, if the work is getting much or heavy on you or. the staffs due to high nnumber of  marchants CAN WE PICK UP RETURNS by OURSELVES? This will reduce the preasure on you. Please show some understanding on this issue

    We appreciate all suggestions and feedback and all concerns have been noted. We are currently working on stabilizing the platform to ensure returned items are delivered on time to affected merchants. Earnest plans to ensure returns delays are prevented in future have also been prioritized and we hope to get this sorted out as soon as possible.
    
    While we work towards making this a reality and providing you with a more seamless trading platform and experience, we implore that you bear with us as you have been doing.

    i have been having the same problems with returns. There is an item that should have been returned since March and everyday when I track it,  I see it is supposedly out for delivery or an attempted delivery has been made. Meanwhile no one has ever called me or come to my address and there are people always around. I have sent so many mails and called, but the polite reply usually ends in "Your complaint has been forwarded to our returns team to hasten return process back to your store". This returns issue is serious. It is a real cog in the wheel and I think it really needs to be dealt with. I know there are alternate shippers but right now my items are stuck somewhere with K-express and I really need a solution

    What I will advice now is,contact konga for return order,then,speak with the person bringing it,if he his the one in charge.its a simple thing dear!
    I will just implore konga training and development dept. to reemphasize to these bike men to always call customers and merchants when they have something to delivered. Everyone is not a shop owner

    @ Akorede, thanks for your suggestion. 
    But how do I know who is incharge of my zone? When I don't even know my account officer.  I stay around omolephase2. Between this attempted delivery scam is what they use for out our customers too... They won't call And next thing you see attempted delivery Or rejected by customers.

    @jumoke,
    I don't think it will be wise enough for konga to officially announce merchants to pick up returns item themselves.reasons because it will be another diversion as all attention to arrange outgoing returns will be delayed as sorting will be needed to be done at intervals.
    Secondly,merchants may abuse it and some may not have the calmness to wait before their package is found and couple with unreliable network.
    My direct advice to you....I will advice you to copy my style and here is it.....I noticed that a particular person have been sectioned to manage particular zones..and with this it is easier for you to relate with the delivery personnel probably to introduce someone in your estate to him if he his the person that usually be around,and since I track my order daily,I know when my order might be return to me ,immediately I see out for delivery,I call the bike man.I hardly get my returns myself,and I think it won't be a bad idea if you can adopt it.

    I have mentioned this before. I'll love to pick my returned items myself as no one is home during the day. I was surprised to see this when I logged into my shq to track one of my items. 
    NB: no one called me from kexpress

    I really wish we could pick it up the same way we drop it. Something has to be done about returns. I dread seeing rejected or undelivered items because of the unpredictable return process

    Don't get me wrong. We can only pick up returns from konga or any of her designated point NOT directly from the buyers. If we can pick up our returns from Konga just the way we drop orders for shipping their will be less complaints and less delays on returned items.

    Are you kidding me? How can you pick up returns yourself? Even if you sell only within Lagos, how do you intend to achieve this?
