    The 7 days return window for a sales I made should be closed by now.Still,I  wonder why the cash is still being held in escrow.The cash should be released so one can use it to purchase stocks that I would be sending to a prospect in Imo state this week.

    After some days delay,I just got the credit alert for the unremitted cash that left my escrow.
    Still,konga should ensure this remittance of cash from escrow to one's bank account is as seamless and swift as possible.
    Just as merchants deliver orders asap,we also need the cash asap to process and execute online orders.

    Good morning, I noticed that my seller shq escrow has been updated to paid. Whereas, I didn't get alert of any payment from bank. In fact,  some of the update reads 1st of April 2016. I humbly urge them to look into this and rectify ASAP.

    Hello,
    I just noticed that the money formerly held in escrow for order F512715195001 is showing PAID on my SHQ account.However,I am yet to get any credit alert in my bank account.I have sent mail to mall@konga.com but no response.
    I have been having smooth,hitch free pay in from former transactions via konga pay.I was impressed.I do hope konga resolves this particular issue.

    The money in my escrow has been delayed for over ten days after the expiration of seven days return policy. The excuse so far has been system error. For goodness, I need this money for other business. I urge you guyz to pay me up promptly. I feel so sad about this development.
