  • deduction again!!!!!!!!!

    After  crediting me  with what was deducted from my wallet another deduction took place almost immediately for different several  orders. i wonder if is deliberate or system error??????
    
    please look into this as i need to take my money out of my wallet.

    how many mail do you want me to send, please i need my money and i dont have more patience.to spare

    Kene, I got no time to write any mail, what always annoyed me most is you customer service staff does not always speak the same. 
    Omolara agree is a system error and the mail I received after this write up told me they will fixed the error that i should be patience with them. So what gadem latter are you asking me to write. I was just following up so that they will do the needful thing and refund back my money.
    For your information if you dont do your finding Kene before repying to this thread is that I have money in my wallet before konga pay started and I need to get them out to my bank not to Konga account.

    From our findings you are currently on kongapay therefore the wallet system is no longer available to you. We will advise you please send a detailed email of the exact issue you are experiencing  to mall@konga. it will be looked into immediately and resolved.

    My patience is now running out, can you please refund my wallet to the amount that was deducted and i demand a notification so that i can quickly take it out before your system eat it up again. thanks

    Please note that the deductions have been as a result of system errors, your complaint will be looked into and your funds wil be refunded into your account once necessary investigations have been carried out.
