Please can Konga quicken their procedures/findings on damaged order? An order was returned by customer from my store because it got damaged upon delivery. I instructed Konga to refund customer but i received a call that the damaged items should be returned back to me just like that? Why do Konga treat sellers this way. I expect Konga to reach an agreement before items returned back to me. This is totally not acceptable.
