    It has come to my notice that discussions about failures within the Konga system are now being censored,this is totally unnecessary as it defeats the purpose of the forum.
    
    From observations, threads around late Payouts to Merchants,Delayed Returns,Slow Delivery among others have been closed to forestall people with such issues from joining the discussions,this stifles the democratization of the system for better performance.
    
    A forum is a place for Idea generation,service reviews,customer experience among other sources of engagement for better performance, please revert this policy and make the systems better.

    We all need to learn about addressing delicate issues that need hearing in a matured way. By ignoring them does not mean they wil go away. 
    
    Konga have demonstrated that they are capable of listening and working in good faith to resolve our concerns. I therefore do not think that censoring what is said should be necessary.

    All previously closed thread were either as a result of certain violations of the forum's guidelines or issues raised within the thread had been resolved by a representative of the konga mall team. We advise all complaints should be forwarded to mall@konga.com.
    
    And to also ensure that issues raised in newer threads are treated urgently, there is need to close threads that have been treated/resolved.
    
    David be assured that as a customer-centric organisation, we ensure that we follow up on all  complaints received and treat them with the urgency they require.
