    When konga start their self fulfillment program which will entail us to paying for delivery to our customers. Does that mean that when we confirm that they really want the product and its was returned without any reason, after we have paid delivery cost at the counter, so we bear the loss. 
    We the sellers should be allowed to cancel any order without repercussion from konga, at least this will give us full control of our store. Canceling of orders should be allowed, and nigerians are still learning online shopping and reject it at delivery, if konga doesnt want us to cancel orders, konga should allow us to ask for payment before delivery. Its should be the sellers choice not konga's.

    One of the benefits of self-fulfill is independence and total freedom to ship your orders to your preferred locations. We monitor cancellation rates to ensure consistent stellar service is provided to our buyers while getting the best services from our merchants and also ensure that orders are not cancelled without a viable reason.
    We have however adopted a more flexible stance on order cancellation rules. Hence, should you need to have an order cancelled, we advise that you send an email to mall@konga.com stating the reason for cancellation.
