Please how do i go about a cancelled order by customer after i have accepted the order and shipped to avoid paying commission for an order not fulfilled? I usually don't update to delivered and send order no to ordercontinuity but a period of time it will be auto updated to delivered. What do i do?

Please go ahead and send the order number to email@example.com stating the reason for cancellation, you will be assisted accordingly.
