I once laid a complaint about customers/Nigerians not been familiar with uk sizes of shoes, sometime in January and urged konga to do something about it. This has lead to cancellations of some of my others. I am being threatened that my store will be suspended if I cancel any more order. Please I want ask,if another issue of order of wrong size comes up again on my store, what am I expected to do? I will appreciate a quick response thanks!

Hi Chioma. If there's need to have any of your orders cancelled, PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL BY YOURSELF. That's the rule of the game. Send a mail to ordercontinuity@konga.com and/or call the customer service line. In that way if an order is cancelled for you it will not have any negative impact on your shipping rate as cancelling orders yourself reduces your shipping rate. Once your shipping rate is lower than the accepted level by Konga, your store might be faced with suspension.Have a nice day!

Adetoun definitely I will help them figure out the right size but what if what they've ordered is the only size left? Eg someone orders a shoe size uk8 which is 42/43 and that's the only size I have but the person wears 38 do I ship the 42 to the person? I still have to cancel the order. As for inserting the size chart, I didn't see any option like that. And am not allowed to use other sizes except uk sizes. Something needs to be done. Seller shouldn't be penalised for cancellation of orders due to wrong size.

You can edit all your shoe listing and insert size chart into your description page (sample below). Then be proactive: call the customer again to verify. Even if they chose a wrong size in their order, you can help them figure out the right size (with your conversion chart) and agree to ship that without cancelling the order. You can find various conversion charts on the Internet. Good luck .
