Cancellation Notice when accepting orders was giving error notice

i got notification for a new order, for more than 24hours i was trying to accpt the order and it kept showing me the error message "Error!
AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED.
then the next morning , i got notification that the order has been cancelled!!! what does konga to do extend "acceptance window" of sellers when they have technical issues? this is not proper at all. im not happy about this
