    I suggest konga create a rating system for buyers too, some buyers are quite mischievous in their online shopping habits as they incessantly reject or cancel orders without just cause, this iv found out to sometimes be due to their unavailability of cash at hand when their product arrives, online shopping should have a fair amount of responsibilities shared between buyers and sellers.

    Profound suggestion!. As we evolve the SHQ platform,  we have tagged this "buyer rating feature" as highly important. I agree it will be an Invaluable tool to Merchants that sell on the platform.
    
    Till then, its important you maintain adequate communication with customers who place orders for your product. If handled correctly, you will reduce the rate of cancellation you get from customers. Thanks.

    Thank you for your suggestion.  We are working on implementing this buyer rating system as this would definitely help. For now one way to reduce this is to maintain good communication with their buyers.
