I just noticed that there is a difficulty in placing order on Konga when I shared a link to my customer who needed to order a wrist watch. When She told me about the development, I had to try to order from other stores to see what exactly is the problem. But, I noticed the following problems :
1. Registration of new buyers is denied due to an invalid email address errors
2. When you add item to the cart, when you click to proceed, the item disappears and returns back to square one .
I now realized the reason why sale eventually stopped in my store at the moment.
Konga, please, all these errors are detrimental to one's ability to pay your subscription without no corresponding compensation inform of adverts boosting to make up for the lost sales.
