    Above subject matter refers, please.
I was seriously embarrassed today when I sent my agent to go and drop off about twenty (20) orders I got during the weekend. I was surprised when my agent called that the orders were rejected by konga VI drop off centre with the excuse that I should go and accept something in my store. I was confused because I have set all my delivery and location in store since morning the new SHQ came up. I don't know where the mix up came up. Is it that konga are not communicating well or what?

I had a similar situation and had to urgently speak with the konga customer service centre before the issue was successfully resolved. I sent somebody to drop off a considerable number of bulky items and she was turned back by the processing agents at Yaba SC. The reason given was that ''Konga has sent a mail to merchants to self-fulfil". Getting the items back would have cost me my profits.
Konga Moderators, kindly take note of this and enlighten the order processing agents at drop off centers.
