    Even if we establish a good relationship with our customers, as some of us already have, your delivery team ,especially the ones outside Lagos, have a way of jeopardizing this relationship with their lax attitude.

    Is this for Merchants or Konga staff? 
    The customers hardly know the merchants...all they know is they bought something off Konga.

    I am very much looking forward to this. Well done Konga!! Can you confirm whether it is at the Yaba office or it is a Video Call/Google Hangout? I received the calendar invitation today and it was somewhat ambiguous!
