So your customer found your item listing. Great!!! Now that you got their attention, how do you get them to purchase your item? Making use of the right words can convince your buyers to shop from your store with confidence.
Upgrade your store with the following tips on description:
1) Use related keywords in your description
The most important information about your item should be found in your description. Buyers want to see every detail of an item before they purchase, especially in the case of electronics and gadgets. You are allowed to use words that were used in the title. It is also a brilliant way to optimize the way your description displays in Google search results.
2) Show a bit of Personality!
When writing a detailed description, writing in first person will help you connect with your buyers more quickly. Write you item description like you are meeting a new friend.
3) Short Paragraphs and Bullet Points are necessary
Customers who browse through your store might be looking for specific descriptors like size or color, ensure you make it as easy as possible for them.
4) Monitor your store Statistics
Search for popular keywords and include them in your descriptions to make them more visible. Remember that your titles are keywords used by Konga search. Your most important keywords must be used in your descriptions so that internet search engines can find you.
5) Always Edit your Descriptions
Short, interesting and punchy descriptions are easier for a buyer to connect with. Put yourself in the buyer’s shoes, jot down 20 questions your potential buyer might have about the product. Check through your item description to make sure you have answered those questions. Also you might do right with including your store URL at the end of your description as this might keep a customer glued to your store.

Yes I know my titles are key words ....but My Konga editor sometimes changes them to jargon that even I cannot recognize. And when I complain, I'm told to create a new product all over again!
E.g I posted a t-shirt with the title: 50 years birthday anniversary flex print T-shirt -black and gold
It was transformed into : flex print on black short-sleeve t-shirt
How in the world do they relate.
