    After almost a 100 confirmed sales on konga, i have my first dispute. someone orders 2 items and claims one was leaking -a problem am sure occurred due to improper handling during shipping. the issue now is that the order is on arbitration; which means my money won't be paid to me till the issue is ironed. I received a mail telling me to contact buyer and iron out the issue WITHIN 24hrs. i am ready to collect the said product back but how does the buyer return it, where to and how do I get paid for the other product without defect.
    
    I have sent mails of course but I know I wont get replies in 48hrs and the mail said I must resolve the case in 24hrs, thus my posting this
